Economic Impact of the Arts in Beaufort County The ACBC conducted an Economic Impact of the Arts study in 2008 through a grant from the SC Arts Commission matched by the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce. The study was conducted by Georgia Southern University and indicated that the total Arts Economy Output in Beaufort County is $213,200,000.
