ARTworks: Arts Awards & Annual MeetingWednesday, September 1, 6 to 8pm @ ARTworks in Beaufort Town Center Everyone's invited to attend: get an update on the state of the arts, peruse studios, gallery & theater, enjoy refreshments and silent art auction, and celebrate the contributions of seven awardees: Rebecca Davenport, Jeff Coppinger, the Society of Bluffton Artists, Natalie Hefter, Erika Pyle, CJ Norwood, and Beaufort Jasper Comprehensive Health Services.

1st ~ Malia Kaneshige (she'll be on the bill in Port Royal next May), 2nd ~ Charlie Metro, 3rd ~ Amanda Brewer & Brian Jackson, and tied for 4th ~ Lexi Allston & Michael McIntyre, & Usurper (David Richard & Chris O'Brien) All of the performers should be celebrated, it was really tough of the judges. What incredible musical talent we have in our community! Watch for all of these performers throughout the year at ARTworks & The Gallery ~ we can't let this talent go to waste! |
