ARTworks Rentals The Arts Council of Beaufort County operates ARTworks as an arts incubator and affordable venue for artists to share their artform either through classes, workshops, gallery shows or performances. All activities at ARTworks are presented through rental agreements between the artists or organizations. Fees are affordable to ensure that activities are accessible to the community at-large.
